Providing Mentorship for Future Health Care Providers

Select high performing college students interested in a medical career are solicited, trained and afforded an opportunity to serve as health advocates. MAALLC conducts weekly symposia on professional school matriculations from every aspect of the health care system (providers, administrators, insures, etc). These students actively participate in patient engagement and patient/provider interactions.

Medical Assurance of America, LLC has provided more than 5,600 hours of gainful employment to students throughout the academic year and the Summer-break. In addition, Dr. Reddix sponsored weekly "career coaching" seminars. These various seminars included medical school interviewing techniques and critique of each participant's "Personal Statement" being submitted with the application.
